When I contacted the seller his response was pleasant and timely. He immediately sent out a replacement pair with no hassle on my part. I received my replacement boots quickly.   Nightmare!! took over 2 wks for delivery $200 boots were damaged. Had to send pics/convince seller to exchange. I paid out f pocket/return shipping they were back in 3 days ...Seller SAID when i sent tracking he would process/ship out my exchange, so I wouldn't have to wait. NOT TRUE. He also said no more than 5-7 business days.. ALL FALSE It's been 2 wks now and they haven't shipped out yet. Now he is saying it's a busy time of year and he can't predict when they will arrive, if at all.
