    As I recall this computer was shipped from pretty far away in the NW of the country. This pluss the weather, I feel 13 days got to be acceptable for the vendor re; lv electronics recycling '/ Sherwood computers. Therefore I rate the transaction as very good the computer on first use WIFI, Charger, Connectors, Software is as was stated. Very good Packaging and Condition is acceptable would use the Vendor again and recommend. Prices are up everywhere this was a good deal.

    Really good seller. Relative fast communication, solid replies. The item was fairly described, and the shipping was exceptionally quick and well handled. The package box was bent in one corner, but the amount of bubble wrap assured me the laptop was not harmed in any way. Would recommend buying from this store in the future.

    Purchased "Ebay Refurbished" HP Elite Book laptop from this merchant. Laptop was securely packaged and shipped very quickly. Shortly after running Windows Update the keyboard became disabled. I made several attempts to fix the problem on my own without success. Decided to contact the merchant to report the problem. He responded very quickly with a solution to correct the problem. Overall, very happy with my purchase & support from the merchant. Great Ebayer!

    Product was shipped fast and arrived in a timely manner. While there was no original packaging (I knew this when I bought it) it was packaged very well with lots of bubble wrap in a box that wasn’t too big. The item works as advertised and was priced very well. I would buy from this seller again.

    Wooow, what great service I received.... I had an issue with the unit freezing after reinstalling the OS twice. I contacted the company and received a response within the hour, nice. The person was able to provide some troubleshooting tips and found the issue, I was up and running within three days (had to wait on the shipment of the part). This company is great to work with... give my tech support person a token of recognition from me.
