I received the item i ordered, but it was damaged sometime in route to me. Still, the seller accepted the return. It was weeks in since i actually received the item, but I didn't open the package until we returned from California. This is meant as a positive review, and i believe that the package was absolutely mishandled during shipping. The item was wrapped with protection, and I appreciate how this was handled. Thank you.

What I appreciated the most was their care in shipping/packaging. When I opened my Barbie, it was wrapped in paper, plus bubble wrap in a brand new perfectly shaped cardboard box.
