    I recently purchased this laptop on an offer from the seller. The laptop was not only a great value for the asking price but also was packaged with care ( I was worried as usps crushed the box) but seller wrapped laptop very well in layers of bubble wrap and was shipped very fast. Best part about the purchase was that it was exactly as described in the ad. I would recommend buying for this seller!

    The laptop came exactly as described and it was packaged very securely. Originally they shipped it with the wrong power supply. But the seller was super responsive, and sent me the correct one when I contacted them. Outside of that, the laptop was in great condition and it benchmarked exactly as expected. I have had zero issues with it in daily use either. Overall, I would definitely buy from this seller again.

    I took a gamble on this and it worked! I appreciate TickTock Deals for selling this to me for an amazing price. Also I would like to thank them for their amazing packaging that wrapped my camera like a baby. Shipping was a bit dicey but the seller reassured me and made sure I got my tracking. Pretty cool seller

    Good responsiveness prior to purchase and during the negotiation. After purchase shipping info was delayed and it took nearly two weeks to arrive. Not sure that is on the seller. Product was as advertised.

    Packaging as described and value But unfortunately, eBay insist on UPS and they damaged it in the process and shipping Please understand this is not the sellers fault. This is eBay acting like a corporate industry, forcing people to use certain shipping companies. That in my opinion before during an after Covid or incompetent uncaring and not trustworthy
