  Item arrived in excellent condition , well packaged and worked as soon as i started my computer . Would recommend this seller to others … only quibble was item was sent USPS ground instead of UPS ground, made a big difference in the time shipped . Seller was gracious enough to refund me part of the shipping costs to cover the delay in shipping. Well communicated in replying back to me. A++ seller

  Wonderful seller who communicated very well with me during the purchasing and shipping process. There was a major hitch in shipping, both of us assumed the package of computer fans was lost by USPS and the seller granted me a refund. Eventually after several weeks the items did arrive, and after contacting the seller they told me I could keep the money that was refunded. Would highly recommend Copper Creek.
