    Beautiful carved wood better then described and shipped safely with lots of bubble wrap. Seller was quick to resolve issue with chip, gave credit card credit and we are both happy with solution.     Tim sent out the jacket right away and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately the post office misplaced it but Tim took action right away and even went to the post office to fid out what's going on. Once he submitted a lost item tag the jacket showed up the very next evening. Communication was awsome from Tim. I'll definitely be ordering more from him.
