  i've copied this response from a previous purchase from this seller. i'm extremely pleased with this seller the unit arrived very early, which i appreciated. unfortunately there was a mechanical issue, that i could not resolve. the seller advised me as how to return the item. the whole transaction was seamless. i subsequently ordered a different unit from the same seller, as before, arrived very quickly and within 1 minute of unboxing, it was up and running !! i have no qualms recommending this

  Packaged well no visual damage on arrival. It is in new unopened box as advertised. Quickly shipped . Looks like excellent seller. I will not open box until needed. It was purchased as a back up NAS to one that I have. If I change back up systems I may want to sell so left it unopened in factory package.
