  item was shipped quickly, and is NWT as described. unfortunately it was only upon opening the packaging that i realized i chose the wrong size - really wish there was a consistent way of naming items like this with multiple measurements in the title to prevent buyer mistakes when a search for a specific size brings up all the sizes in an item.

  I ordered these last minute to wear to a wedding I was attending, and I was crossing my fingers that the estimated delivery date was right and they’d make it in time. Shipping label was created the day I ordered them, item was as described, and looked just like the photos (honestly, even more beautiful in person!) — the packaging was secure and perfectly supportive around the heels without disturbing their shape.
