  This board is exactly as described. The pen included was dried out as well as the two command strips that were included in the package, but that is to be expected considering this is a discontinued item. Fortunately I have command strips of the same size and my own pens so it's all good. Seller shipped quickly, packaged well. Happy with the purchase. Note: The magnets in the photo I included in my review were my own and not included.
