I have received only very prompt and very courteous communication from the seller, the seller has sent me the Blu-ray via a trackable, traceable, and registered service, which has arrived at the other end of this world a couple of days after this package has been shipped (the shipping itself was very prompt, just a couple of days after I have placed this order).     I could not be happier with the service received here. The seller went to extra lengths to give more photographs of the item before sale. It was sent boxed and bubble wrapped ensuring the movie arrived in mint condition. Postage from Germany to Australia was faster than I've experienced previously. Everything was perfect.
