  Sent it back as packaging and logo on hairdryer different to picture. They were very good. Were happy for me to return it and pay postage plus refund. Answered my messages straight away. So although mix up with packaging, Id use this company again. As I know if there was a problem, it would be immediately resolved. Excellent customer service.

  Good boxes and great value. Fit the purpose. Fast dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately, one of the boxes arrived broken. I've messaged the sellers and they offered to either send me a replacement box or arrange a refund for the broken one. I chose the replacement box and received it within 2 days. I was very impressed with this sellers' outstanding customer service and quick response to my enquiries. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks 👍🏼

  Posted & received quickly but in a tight plastic bag, resulting in the locking clip being knocked off on one of the boxes on one side. Seller immediately offered a partial refund which I accepted. Appearance as described, best price (especially considering this was for 3 boxes) I could find.

  **Super fast delivery with "proper courier tracking" - great customer service from this Seller. All 4 natural air purifying bamboo charcoal bags arrived safely and sealed in a plastic bag which all came in a postal courier bag. They each have a cord to hand them up with or you can just lay them flat. Bought these for the car but have not used them as yet - only read about them and their description., so hoping they will do the trick. Thank you.**
