My bad but a cutout has a value of about $5. Not a PURPOSRLY deceptive sales but not 100 ETHICAL either; At over $20.....hmmmm

If the buyer had contact me about being dissatisfied with the purchase I would have done my best to make it good. Possibly even given a full refund and allow the buyer to keep the album. It has been and always will be my policy to see that the customer is satisfied but in this case I never got the chance too.
