    Item listed as "Open Box", however , it showed obvious signs of use. I believe the seller when he stated that he thought "Open Box" meant "light use/close to new". He backed this up with a partial refund. It took 3 days for the item to ship to the Fedex distribution center , 40 miles from me, and stayed there for 3 weeks until it was turned over to USPS. Fedex has a terrible record in rural areas, utilizing sub-contractors for final delivery.
