  The unit arrived in perfect condition thanks to an incredible double-box packaging. The unit had expected wear and tear issue. The combo DVD/VCR player/recorder performed as expected except for one thing. A quick call to customer service resolved the issue very quickly (incompatibility of contemporary DVD-RWs with legacy machines). The tech was very helpful. I feel assured that any future warranty issue if any will be handled very well. I highly recommend this seller.

  Very fast shipping. Super well packaged. Item is exactly as described. Price included one year parts and labor warranty which other sellers didn’t include - nice! Of course I hope to never have to use it! I played one VHS tape and one DVD and both seemed to work well. It will take me awhile to use the recording functions of this unit, but so far so good. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

  What a great seller! He called – yes, called me on my phone – to tell me there was a mix up with the item I purchased, a vintage cassette deck. He asked would it be ok if he substituted a similar, but better model by the same manufacturer. He assured me the condition was similar to the item listed, so I said ok. The item arrived safely, due to stellar packing – double boxed, new sturdy boxes, plenty of bubble wrap. Buy vintage electronics with confidence from thingsshipped.
