  Very easy transaction. Sent seller a question about the item and received response within a few minutes. Item was shipped very promptly and arrived just a few days later. Unfortunately one of the shoes arrived with a small crack in the buckle, rendering it non-useable. Worse than that, a few minutes after using the second shoe, the plastic strap ripped out of that shoe, rendering it also non-useable. Not the seller's fault; just unlucky for me and will have to trash them.
