  fedex lost the box for a few days, had to open a case, but it arrived in reasonable time overall for the cost. mini tower was well wrapped in bubble pack (which was good because the driver literally threw it up on the porch. didn't want to climb the stairs, i guess). unit was fitted exactly as described. maybe even better than described cosmetics too. worked perfectly as soon as it was switched on. would recommend the seller!

  Shipping took two weeks due to usps losing the package. When I finally got what I ordered it was packaged well and included all the accessories that were supposed to be there. Overall I am happy with the purchase
