  Item arrived on time, the packaging was great, however the item was not as described, it was smaller than originally listed. The seller is providing a total refund and covering the shipping cost to send the item back . Very understanding and helpful. Thank you so much

  I got the product broken due to bad packing. I contacted the seller. I was issued a refund and got the funds back the next day. So it was a good experience except broken dolphin

  I’m so sorry for the breakage and hope to find some more dolphin figures. Will bubble wrap and box next time.
