  I ordered a new printer. Description stated it was OPEN BOX but new. I asked the seller about this and for more pictures of it prior to purchase just to be sure the printer was actually new in the box itself. The seller would not send pictures of the inside of the box, so that bothered me, but the seller assured me it was brand new. I received it today and unfortunately, it indeed was a used item. I asked for a return, but seller initiated a refund instead. CHECK OPEN BOX ITEMS PLEASE!

  I received my order days sooner than advertised. Kudos to the seller in packing the routers in multiple layers of bubble wrap. It took me a couple of hours to get the routers to work. They would show up as already being assigned to another network (previous owners?). I had to figure out how to do a hard reset on the routers as the routers are a little finicky in getting them to show blue to accept a new network. I am happy with my purchase and the seller.

  Item is exactly as described, shipped out quickly, and was very nicely packaged. Power Supply arrived in original OEM packaging, which was a little damaged, but the unit itself along with all other accessories are in immaculate condition. All original parts and documentation are present, and the unit is working flawlessly as part of a new system build. The seller also included a friendly note within, which was a nice personal touch. Very pleased with our purchase! Thank you!!

  Shipping was Ultra Fast and radio was double packed really well! There was an issue with the radio unfortunately but the seller responded to my request immediately and sorted the situation out as promised.
