Router is in full working order with no damage at all and with the original clear film still attached. Manual and all documents were included. This needed a reset and a firmware update before I could use it. Serial number matches the one shown in photos. Postage costs were excellent as was dispatch time. Excellent communication and service from Mike and I will definitely buy from him again!
