    Trustworthy and honest seller, shipped super fast and communicated well and clearly with shipping updates. The lights are just as described - beautiful, high quality and new in box - what a bargain for Brightech string lights! Real glass bulbs and everything feels sturdy. Hard to find this kind of quality anymore, especially for incandescent bulbs. Looking forward to basking in their warm glow on our patio all year round. Highly recommend this seller and would return for future purchases. A+++++

    Seller is great, responsive, and very nice. Shipping was excellent, super fast even with the 4th of july weekend I still got it in 2 days. Not sure about the product however because my dingbat wife destroyed it before I got a chance to use it. Although, the battery was still good and everything was clearly brand new just open box as stated in the listing. Easily 5 stars for this seller, I would highly recommend. :)

    Very positive experience in all ways-items as described, shipped quickly and direct communication from professional seller. Ordered 2 sconces-one NIB and other Open Box. Both arrived very quickly and carefully packaged. Open Box like new and no parts missing. Great opportunity to get very competitively priced lamp fixtures. Thank you.

    Very nice item, in new condition, great quality and value for money. Awesome communication, item took over a week to get here, not sellers fault, USPS was totally useless. Parcel was tracked all over the country, almost making it back to seller, before they get it right. Stick with UPS, they have a much better service that makes sure items get to where they are supposed to be. Once again. NOT sellers fault.

    This seller went way above and beyond. There was a problem with the fan. It apparently occurred in shipping, although the box looked pretty good. Apparently the shipping had rattled the light hard enough to make components come loose. I re-assembled the fan but, it didn't work. I contacted the seller and suggested I could try to install a different motor. He agreed and shipped one right out. After installation, I found the fan still did not work. The seller refunded, no questions. GREAT SSELLER!

    Great price and fast shipping. Unfortunately, item was damaged during shipping despite the item being more than adequately packaged. Seller was very responsive and issued an immediate refund! I would definitely do business with this seller again! Overall positive experience and an A++ seller!
