  Product was as described, prompt shipping, arrived safely and the packaging was secure. Great communication with seller when I had questions. The part I needed is in good used condition. It took me 20 minutes to fix the liftgate on my 2007 Toyota Highlander. The part I needed was in the assembly, I just used the part I need on the existing liftgate assembly. Fantastic price for a used part. Toyota wanted $300 for the same assembly, new. I highly recommend this seller and will use again.

  This item was shipped/received timely, in good condition and packaging was done very well. It was exactly as described since the picture of the exact item was posted. I installed it yesterday, and can finally open and close all my windows! It was a great value as as a refurbished product. I recommend this seller.

  Shipping with UPS was good and fast. The seller packed up the cushion real nice, it got here in really good condition. As for the value, it's as good as it gets, it's not new, but it's a lot better than what I have. Yes, it is as described, only one thing would make me happier, the one for the driver side. Let me know if you have one!
