    Shipped immediately after purchase although the package sat with my Post Office for 6 days before delivery. Seller was very responsive and communication great regarding the delay. Item was as described and packaged really well. I am really happy with my purchase and put the seller on my saved list.

    Not seller fault: Volume knob arrived broken due to poor handling with fragile written on all sides. Shipped quickly. Item arrived as described. Powered on. Unable to fully test on arrival due to damages. The packaging appeared well. Most likely broke in shipping. I would use this seller again. USPS was not cautious removing it from the van even though fragile stickers were all over the box. Not sellers fault. Great value.

    ***READ***Purchased a ballast from this seller who shipped it quickly and it was very well packed. Problem was it did not work .... I contacted the seller and got an immediate response. Apologized for it not working and refunded my entire amount. Now that's GREAT BUSINESS!!!
