When I told the seller, asking for a partial credit for the imperfections, he told me to "file a claim with the usps" and didn't want to take any responsibility. It's not the buyer's fault that you didn't check the item prior to shipping it out. Seller had a very bad attitude. Pretty much blamed me for the scratches. Wouldn't Only do business with again. Multiple sales of these new, factory sealed glasses that are NOT damaged as seen on my description page. I pride on my sales & 20+ yrs of excellent customer service but there will always be a sneaky buyer demanding a fraud discount.
