  Issue: There was a kink in the cable of the camera that the seller missed in his inspection of the unit before he sold it. Resolution : Seller paid return shipping, repaired the item, and shipped it back all on his some. Thanks for the quick responses, helpful ideas to resolve the issue, and everything was resolved in a professional and kind manner! Thanks for the tool and the good ebay experience!!
