    A beautiful ceramic flute in its original wood case - both in beautiful condition AND the original instrument book in perfect condition -- really a unique find and a gift for a family member. We needed it quickly and the seller was an absolute delight with their comms and "can-do" attitude. Received the package faster than anticipated and the gift recipient was thrilled!     When I received the item the power adapter cord box was empty and no way to check to see if the item worked and fully functioning as described. The seller refunded a portion of the purchase amount, but after I was able to obtain the correct adapter and turned on the item, only the string lights worked, the ice sculptures would not light up. Very disappointed and now I only have a partially operating item. The seller should have ensured all parts were included and item functional as described.
