  Many emails sent to rectify, Few Replies. Box came Open. Asked carrier, arrived at P.O. as is. Thin tape, Done Poorly, not on 1/2 of box. No Packing Inside to keep in place. Used thin, old, Loose bubble wrap. Again, No reply. Wrong Box used. Too tall and not wide enough. Bowed.(see pictures). Asked for $6-$8 refund on $24.66 total purchase. Thought fair. Never heard back. Got $3.23 refund pending. Asked for $3 more, Nothing. Item not in same condition and was not returnable.
