It was dispatched timeously, but I would recommend the seller offers the customer an option of first class tracked or courier delivery, as second class is always late, as mine was, and the tracking number provided is no use whatsoever. This only allows updated information once royal mail have attempted delivery, when most people would prefer to know when a delivery is due, not after a failed delivery.
