Urban Hook-Upz became a company in 2003 when the owner was buying and selling wholesale Hip-Hop clothing under the category of Urban Wear. Quote, " I was giving clothing discounts thus, the name Urban Hook-Upz Began." Urban Hook-Upz is a registered permit holding California Seller.
