  This USPS information sheet with cancelled x-stamp was securely packaged and mailed, arriving in excellent shape and with a refund of mailing costs because I ordered four items the same time. All four 8 1/2 by 11 sheets w/stamps were in excellent shape. I am very pleased with the quality of the four philatelic items, the fact the postage charge was adjusted, and the quick service. Kudos to this e-bay seller!!
