Not only is the quality fantastic, but the way the parcels were wrapped is frankly the best I have ever seen. All items were super secure and yet they accomplished this with minimal materials (environmentaly friendly = big plus for me) AND super easy to unwrap. I didn't have need for any communication.

I arrived on time with the royal mail tracked which was a good experience as I could choose how to receive the package. It was in very good condition and well packaged in recyclable packaging. I haven't had chance to use it yet but it looks and smells just as it should ( I would have said good, but it's neem oil!). it was very reasonably priced and I would recommend this seller for there service.
