  I can't fault The Showing Shop's customer service. This was my third purchase and the first time I've had an issue. I contacted them regarding my concerns and they replied within minutes, apologised profusely for the mistake and offered a free return and full refund, which was quickly issued as soon as they received the item back. Initial dispatch and delivery was super quick too, despite ordering over the Easter weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from this seller. 5*. Many thanks.

  Absolutly amazing service unfortunately royal mail lost my jacket the amazing sellers not only replaced the jacket for a more expensive one and wouldn't let me pay the difference even though i offered they paid for next day delivery of the replacement i will definitely be using again for my older daughters jacket in the near future

  Ordered the wrong size waist coat . Seller was helpful and sent new items fast track in time for my show . Great shop and highly recommend.
