  The Winnie the Pooh mug was well packaged but arrived broken 😟 This happened in transit by couriers. Why I gave a positive review ? When I contacted seller they sent my money back immediately which I think makes a good seller as there was no hassle 😊

  Ty for good overall sale. Box was damaged by dent when opened though: didn’t have time due to being very poorly to actively deal with it so had to accept as is - wasn’t able to contact seller directly to tell them because of being so ill.
