  Communication was fantastic! They went above and beyond to help with pick up and shipping the item to me. They even sent me pictured updates on the whole process.   Changed my rating after seller reached out to me, explained the situation and that the item was sent as described and that it was I who misunderstood, and offered me my money back. So even though I was dissatisfied with the item itself, ultimately it was my mistake, and the seller s proactive and respectful communication and good customer service are certainly a positive. For these reasons, I would recommend this seller to others.
