  I’ve tried emailing this vendor twice due to a broken barrel from a Tim Holtz Idea-ology Mini Barrel 2 pk I purchased and no one has responded. Although it was sent in a bubble wrapped envelope, the packaging for 4 items was flimsy, at best. In my correspondence I even said I took a picture of the damaged item and would be happy to provide it. Very disappointed in the customer service,

  Thank you so much for the excellent service. My order arrived in perfect condition and the paper sheet pack that I ordered is a quality Sizzix Tim Holtz product. The package appears to be new, indicated by the original cellophane package. Definitely worth the price that I paid. Very pleased.
