And when it arrived with a whole in the side (unadvertised and I assume unbeknownst to the seller) I reached out to the seller inquiring about a partial refund, and they kindly offered a full refund. I was very pleased with their considerate resolution of the situation, impressed with their customer service, and would be happy to purchase from them in the future.

I did not even get an apology for their blatant obvious lie and false advertising. I agreed to keep the one sent to me and they can not send me a return label but just credit me that shipping cost. Just BooHoos as to how they will lose money. THIS is THEIR mistake but I am the one being put out as I am to repackage and get to the post office to return. NOT acceptable to me. We offered her a full refund several times but she refused to return the item. This type of scam behavior is becoming a real problem for sellers.
