    The shipping and packaging were good. However, the item was listed as new open box but it was clearly used and not as described. There were scratches on the baby monitor screen. It otherwise worked but was not new. And the camera turned on but cannot be moved remotely so does not fully work. I contacted the seller and they just told us to send it back but it was too much of a hassle so I did not feel like the problem was resolved. I would not buy from this seller again.
