  Well packaged for shipping to prevent damage. Cost of shipping a little high. Engine was dirty but cleaned up to like new condition. It was nicer than described. Value was excellent, the superficial dirt probably held down the cost. It took 3 days from payment to reach my mailbox. Great eBay! Great seller!
