  Great seller, just as described! Fast shipping, even a day early! But when I got the package, the box was basically in shreds when I got it, but understandable coming from Arizona to ND. Would buy from this seller again!

  The boots are gorgeous and shipped quickly, but the seller did not include the info that the soles were separating from both shoes. The item was described as "used," but the details said it was aesthetic wear and tear and that they were still functional. I had to spend nearly $50 at a cobbler to fix them. I messaged the seller a week ago about this and never got a response. Beautiful item, but because of the lack of communication I would not buy from this seller again.

  I'm glad you like the boots. I just wish you contacted me BEFORE you took them to a cobbler (AND MAYBE SEND ME A PHOTO OF THE ISSUE). You did neither of these things. I would gladly have issued a refund but because of your extremely limited eBay experience you decided to lay the blame on me. No worries.
