  Great item exactly as described very well packaged delivery was as prearranged exactly on time and price for item and delivery was excellent here communication is super vicky the red hen is very friendly and helpful thanks again Bill

  Great little shelving unit, really pleased with it. Arrived very well packaged. Some patches of fading on the top shelf but this can be “ touched up “. Many thanks to the seller, would happily use again.

  The chairs were as described but, unfortunately, they smelt. I discussed with Vicky by message and by phone. She explained that she had a cold and did not realise that they smelt and that, if she had known, she would not have sent them out. She readily offered to collect the chairs and give me a full refund. It may seem odd to categorise the experience as positive but it truly was. Vicky's no quibble attitude was very refreshing. I would buy from her again, without hesitation.
