    I was pissed at eBay's response to my dilemma over delivery and a seller being MIA for a brief instance and although it was NOT seller's fault but in fact the fault of eBay not posting that the seller was out of country, thus communications were nearly and totally amiss! eBay had so much indicated to me that they were not going to intervene with a broken non delivery thus telling me that they would not act and that I may have to wait nearly 35 days for said intervention. Seller pulled thru A++++

    This order shipped six days after "label created." However price plus shipping was a good price. Product was exactly as advertised, was packed in original manufacturer's carton, and was received in perfect condition.

    Ultimately, the floor tub faucet was a good product and good deal. Seller did not ship for over a week--communication regarding the delay could have been a lot better. Also, the item had a mark on it which was not described initially. However, when seller realized it was not in perfect condition, he sent photos and asked if I still wanted the item. Placement will hide the mark, so I am OK with that. Shipping was expensive, but given the size and weight of the box, I guess understandable.
