    Received item longer than expected. For context, first package came in as a mix up from someone else’s order. However, I was able to settle this issue by shipping the items I received to the original buyer (and vice versa with the other buyer). Through this process, seller was extremely communicative. In turn, I received my item as described in listing photos and description, as well as three other hats for free. Packaging was great on both occasions with the use of cardboard boxes.
