    The item was described exactly, it was what I expected, no surprises. It is heavy and quite beautiful, even with the cracks. I will cherish it! The item was shipped quickly and came nicely packaged, a box within a box and an enclosed business thank you card, very nice. Communication was wonderful.     Exactly as described, package nicely and fast shipping/delivery. Great communication from the seller. Shipping seemed excessive but seller refunded the additional cost not needed after going to post office (very nice, wasn't expecting it).
