  The fully serviced and warranted HP 7310 printer/scanner is the third one I have had since they were introduced many years ago and, when my latest one finally died, I searched everywhere for a replacement. Finally, I found the exact model on Ebay which was advertised by 'The Printer Broker' as fully serviced and reconditioned. The printer arrived in perfect condition encased in heavy-duty packaging, four days ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The advertised cost was also great value. Thanks

  Various problems delayed dispatch, delayed further due to Xmas shutdown, and then the purchased printer failed final checks before despatch, so Seller replaced it with a similar model that arrived extremely well packed and protected. Seller obviously cares about the quality of his sold items and should be praised for such.

  purchased a Lexmark fuser, which took longer than necessary to arrive! When it eventually arrived, I unpacked it but found that the packing was inadequate for the delicate item. When I fitted the fuser, I found that it would not slide in; it was bent underneath, so I straightened it. Fitted and found it had a fault, reported to seller, reply was its new, I replied it looks new but is faulty, he never replied again! Requested a refund through eBay, I have now been refunded Thank you eBay.

  The item was shipped a day before schedule, The buyer voided the warranty by stripping our part down as detailed in his message but we still adhered to eBay selling practicies by responding, paying for the return and immediately refunding yet this person still felt the need for negative feedback!! Nice guy. All I will say is view our other thousands of feedback and not this individual. It’s a shame eBay give sellers zero protection against this type of feedback.
