  Good communication with seller, first parcel was lost by sendle but seller sent a replacement at no cost. Printer took a bit of work to set up and support from manufacturer but all sorted now, works well for printing Australia Post labels

  Good price for the Eero 6+ . Like new condition but it had a faulty power adaptor. When I informed them of the issue they said they would replace it and gave me tracking number as they had created a label shipping info but never posted it. I had contact them again to ask for it again. It was this time sent and eventually arrived, which was 3 weeks after I told them about the initially fault.

  The item is the advertised model and is working OK. It is not brand new as indicated in the ad. The box has been opened and the contents have at a minimum taken been out of the box. It was well packaged and arrived within the advertised timeframe.
