While there was a minor glitch in not everything being sent initially - most likely a screw-up in shipping - it was rectified immediately and the missing bits sent very quickly. Stuff happens and - unless it is happening in ER - it doesn't really matter. What matters is how the vendor responds. Here, the vendor did everything correctly to satisfy the customer. Good job. It is vendors like these that get the repeat business.

I am very angry that the seller's pic was not the same as the working adapter I received, making me waste time in complaining. I am a retail repair facility in Crystal River, Florida, and my time is valuable to me, and wasting my time complaining, and my customers' time in waiting for their repaired computer is very bad for business, to us.
