  All I can say is wow! Phone looks brand new and very well packaged. Seller went way above and beyond to find the exact phone I needed! Really I don't think the phone was ever used!   Phone received was visually in very good condition, but the rear camera was not working upon setup due to hardware failure. Seller was fantastic to communicate with on the issue and remedied the situation promptly. While I wish I did not have to return it, I am very happy with the courtesy and professionalism of this eBay seller, who refunded me very quickly.
