    I contacted this seller prior to the purchase and he got back to me in one minute. I'm not exaggerating! Great communication. Shipping was very quick and the floor tom was extremely well packaged. The drum is exactly as described and arrived in perfect shape. And the price was very good. This is the kind of seller you want to buy from!

    Shipped satisfactory. Came wrapped nicely as always. They arrived in great shape and great nice. The only downside was the hardware that was temporarily installed into the brackets broke due to cross threading. The seller also reported that they inspected their stock and had the same issue. This will not affect my choice to purchase from this seller again. They always have expedient shipping and great prices.

    Mike was very easy to work with and very responsive. There ended up being a slight defect that neither of us was aware of and he was willing to give a small partial refund to help pay for the replacement part. Shipping was lightning fast, and the item was packaged very well. Incredible value! I'd happily work with him again.

    The 22inch Mapex hoops came packaged well, and are in excelent condition, as described. Shipped very fast; I'm not able to send a photo, but they match my gloss black kick perfectly! Excellent seller and value products! I would definitely recommend The perfect Pitch Company.

    Amazing product, amazing seller. Shipping was fast and packaging was on point, even for delivery outside U.S. It has great value for the price and in excellent condition (it seems almost like new to me) The product shipped as described and it works flawlessly. 5/5 stars would buy again
