Seller was communicative and shipping was very reasonable. Items were exactly as described, in their original packaging, and still had the manufacturer's tags in Japanese on the pen clips where applicable. In short: absolutely no doubts about item originality, and at very competitive prices to boot! Big thanks to Mike and The Pen Outpost team for the excellent experience in providing my new favourite pen! I will not hesitate to come back for my future pen needs. A++
