  This dealer couldn't have been better. The dealer shipped immediately , but there was a postal service problem. Her communication was excellent and she discounted the transaction even though the problem was not her fault. The well packaged item arrived safely and was exactly as described. Outstanding.

  I did not receive this pattern in shipment nor in a separate shipment. Pictures of what was received provided. The seller was very responsive in trying to locate packet. She did refund me. Disappointed that I did not receive packet, but seller was approachable and responsive so would order again. Thank you.

  New unused complete pattern packet. Very good product pricing and communication as this seller will work with you to combine shipping costs on multiple purchases. Well packaged and shipped quickly.   I've bought from this vendor before. Never disappoints with what I get. Shipping time is reasonable and the packaging is secure. I buy several items at one time. They are always as shown and described. Considering inflation over the last few years, the value for item gotten is fair.

  Fast shipping. Packaged extremely well for safe shipping. I thank you for shipping it in a cardboard envelope to protect not only the pattern but the pictures. The last Shara Reiner pattern I bought was shipped in a paper envelope and everything including the pictures was bent all up. So thank you!!!!!!
