  The item was well packaged, as you can see in the photos. The figure itself is in good condition. After the purchase, it was shipped quickly, and they also replied to me when I messaged them.   Package arrived in good condition, item was packed well but I had issues with the condition of the item. The box was listed as damaged, which was fine because the price reflected that. However, there was no apparent damage to the actual Funko Pop by viewing the photos and reading the listing but it was damaged to my dismay. The seller offered a full refund or a 20% refund to keep item. I thought 20% more off the price paid was fair so I took it. Problem resolved so I am happy enough now.

  I ordered the item and although it was listed as new, it was missing a base so I reached out to the seller and they responded very quickly and had no issue giving me a refund at no cost to me. Besides the base everything else was good. The figure was in good condition even though it wasn’t wrapped and all parts appeared new. I do plan on shopping again for some items and I feel confident I’m doing so because they did great business.
